RETURN POLICIES:

Skate session passes, both for group sessions and private lesson, are non-refundable. Session passes do not expire and are transferable at any time. If you believe that there is a special circumstance as to why you should be granted a return, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your case on an individual basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If for any reason you must cancel a scheduled private lesson, cancellations are accepted up to 1 hour before your scheduled lesson with no penalty. Cancellations made with 60 minutes of the scheduled start of a scheduled private lesson are considered a “no call/no show” and your session pass will be marked as fulfilled. If you believe that there is a special circumstance as to why you should be allowed to reschedule after a cancellation within 60 minutes of a scheduled start time, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your case on an individual basis.

REGISTRATION:

After purchasing a skate session pass, for both group and private session, all participants are required to register and complete a liability waiver. Failure to do so will result in participants needing to complete the waiver before that start of any skate session or private lesson. Refusal to complete registration or the waiver does not constitute grounds for a refund, as session passes are non-refundable.

EQUIPMENT:

Before the start of a lesson, we require information on what type of skates and protective equipment you will use, as well as the condition and quality of said equipment. If you are in need of equipment, please contact us to let us know at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or private lesson you plan to attend. Equipment rentals are subject to availability. Not all sizes and styles of skates are available at this time.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

IF you have a medical condition or previous injury that may effect your ability to participate in any of our activities, please let us know before the start of a group session or schedule private lesson. IF it is a severe impairment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can fully prepare to meet your needs or find a suitable alternative for how the session is run.
