Has someone ever asked YOU to teach them how to skate?

Right now the skating world is on fire with the surge of new skaters lacing up during this pandemic. With all of those skaters, there’s a massive need for knowledgeable skate instructors to get out there and guide them, safely, down the right path.

The Instructors Apprentice Course is a 4-week program that prepares you with everything you need to know in order to pass the Skate IA level 1 certification. Each week there will be a virtual conference call for participants to review key teaching concepts and discuss with other skate instructors thoughts and ideas about how to keep new skaters on their wheels. For those that have already achieved their level 1 instructor certification, this course is the perfect opportunity to refresh your knowledge and learn new information to fast-track your path to level 2 certification.

When you sign up for this course, you’ll receive 2 documents: A lesson planning template for organizing each of your classes and a class checklist with all of the tools you need to have a safe and successful lesson. With every Zoom call, there will be homework that keeps your mind thinking of ways to create experiences for your students.
